Where The Love of Learning Begins!

Our founding member, Kisha Dominique, worked for an organization that provided services for autistic children. By doing so, she was inspired by the challenges these children faced. This led her to establish an organization that would further help those children.
Proud of Serving, Inc. was created as a vehicle to bring these children closer to a normal life. Kisha believes that ALL individuals can be successful.
Kisha Dominique has a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been working for the Palm Beach School District for 24 years. She has always worked with families and children. Additionally, Kisha did her internship in Special Education at Belvedere Elementary school while completing her degree in Early Childhood Education at Florida Atlantic University. Kisha has been an employee at Positive Behavior Corporation since 2015 providing direct services to individuals on the autism spectrum with behavioral needs.

Along with her co-founder, Kisha founded Proud Of Serving. The program provides opportunities for individual discovery and constructive knowledge to emerge. The students have the opportunity to work one-on-one with a paraprofessional and/or a small group setting as they master the skills.

Kisha Dominique takes pride in the work of these individuals. She is committed to set the stage for meaningful interactions not only with the individual, but also with parents as she looks for opportunities to connect and work with the families she serves.

Nixon Marc received a B.S. in Business Management in 2003 from Palm Beach Atlantic university of Palm Beach Florida, and a M.S. in Project Management in 2009 from Colorado Technical University. Nixon has been employed by the Palm Beach County School District for 28 years as an IT Specialist.

In 2015 he received a certification in Behavior Technician. In 2016 he got certified as an RBT (registered behavior Technician) by the BACB.
In 2016, he worked as a contractor for PBS (Positive Behavior Services) as an RBT, where he worked with children with autism and developmental disabilities to help them learn new skills, improve their behavior socially and emotionally and their life skills. With the ABA experiences, Nixon has developed this passion to work with these individuals to enhance their quality of life. He uses the ABA techniques to teach skills such as communication, socialization, and self-care, and the replacement skill to reduce problem behaviors such as aggression and self-injury.
In 2022 Along with his colleague, he founded Proud of Serving, a tutoring service for children on the Autism spectrum. P.O.S. provided academic support for school-age students diagnosed with autism, developmental delay, and intellectual disabilities.

Margareth Nabosse-Louis pursued a career in nursing in order to help with some of the health disparities people are facing. Margareth joined Proud Of Serving after she observed the progress both of her children made through the tutoring program. Margareth is honored to be part of Proud of Serving to help OUR special needs community.
